9. Disconnect the following cables from the IB_SSC assembly: disk drive power

cable, SCSI data cable, SCC card reader cable, and DVD-ROM drive data/power
cable (

Caution –

Do not disconnect the SCC card reader cable end that connects to the SSC

card reader or the SCSI data cable end that connects to the removable media
backplane. Those cable ends are soldered and cannot be removed.

10. Remove the foam air flow filter in front of the IB fan intake.

11. Locate the convex spring behind the right side of the removable media module.
