The instructions issued by
the manufacturer must be
observed! Only use noses which are in perfect condition.
Check nose before use. The nose must be centred and
secured with the lock nut.

Screw nose to pneumatic drive, align it, and secure it with
the lock nut. After connecting, press the grease can but-
ton two to three times. If you cannot completely screw in
the nose, turn the ring cutter slightly.

Use an allen key to loosen the setscrews.

Peration
Remove the blade housing by drawing it towards you.
Detach the blade from the blade housing. To connect
the blade, follow the above instructions in reverse order.
Tighten the screws with max. 1.5 Nm. After connecting,
press the grease cup button two to three times.

is released! On compressed air failure the
valve lever must be released!

The machine must be
cleaned daily. When clean-
ing, examine all parts for
wear, fracture, cracking, or other signs of damage. With-
out a tool clamped in check no-load speed periodically
and after each maintenance. Even if the machine still op-
erates perfectly, the motor should be removed, cleaned
and the four slides checked for wear by a specialist after
approx. 300 to 400 operating hours.
