12 NATURAL GAS TO LPG CONVERSION
To convert the S-FX boilers from natural gas (G20) to LPG (G31), there is two parts to this conversion which
must be completed before firing the boiler.

– Fitting the LPG Conversion Kit
Each model has their own LPG conversion kit so please ensure the correct kit is ordered. These kits are an
optional extra therefore they will need to be ordered separately.
To fit this conversion kit, follow the below steps and use the drawings to assist:
•
Disconnect the power supply to the S-FX boiler.
•
Remove the top panels which will give full access to the boiler gas valve.
•
Detach the electrical connections from the gas valve controller.
•
Undo the fixing screws “E” and remove the gas valve.
•
Replace the gas nozzle “F” positioning it inside the seal “G” with the one contained in the conversion kit.
•
Refit the gas valve and check the tightness.
