Pull off gear (ill.1/pos.2) with sleeve ring (ill.1/pos.3).

NOTE:

Apply surface sealing agent 509 to
contact surfaces of gear towards
crankshaft and sleeve ring.

Place oil pump drive gear with larger chamfer against
crank shaft contact surface to clear machined shaft
