These lifts are provided with a selector switch. If the position of the selector switch
is changed during operation, then both control boxes are automatically disabled.
Selector switch position 1 (single mode)
Both lifts can be operated independently, with the selector switch in position 1.
Operation is according to the operation instructions.
Selector switch position 2 (synchronous mode)
Note
n
Both lifts must be totally lowered before the selector switch is turned to position 2.
This is the default position for synchronisation of both lifts. Turn both main switches
to the 0-position (OFF). Set the selector switch to position 2 and turn both main
switches to the 1-position (ON). The lifts are now operational in synchronous mode.
Operation is according to the operation instructions.
Selector switch position 0
Operation of both lifts is disabled.
Height differences
Height differences are levelled out by the system. The control limits for height
differences are:
Start height correction difference between lifts:2".
End height difference correction between lifts:3/4".
Fault situations will disable the control system (e.g. height differences). Lower both
lifts independently (in single mode, selector switch position 1). Try to raise the lifts in
synchronous mode again (in tandem mode, selector switch position 2).
