5.3

Maximum height position

1.

Raise the lift to the highest position. 
The lift must stop before the mechanical positive stop position is reached. The lift will 
stop at a fixed position. The programmable height adjustment must be inactive (see 

’Adjustment of maximum height limit’ on page 52

). 

2.

If required, adjust the inclinometers (3) which are connected to the lifting devices.

5.4

Lowering protection

1.

Place an object underneath one track and lower the lift. 
Lowering should be switched off within 2 1/8" (55 mm). 

2.

Now check that it is only possible to raise the lift. 
The lifting function can be overruled for 2 seconds by operating the <overrule> 
button and then the <lifting> button. 

3.

Repeat mentioned operation until height differences are minimized by the control 
system (blinking stops) and normal lowering is possible.

5.5

Safety system

1.

Be sure that the lift is unlocked.

2.

Lower lifting device P1 by pushing button <S1> in the control box, until lowering is 
stopped. On the display is now code 11.
Lifting device 1 is now max. 3" out of level. Operation of the push buttons on the front 
panel is now disabled. 

3.

Operate <MS> and <Up> inside the control box to level the lift.

4.

Repeat this for leg P2, P3 and P4. Then the codes on the display are respectively 
12, 13 and 14.

5.6

Emergency stop

1.

Turn the main switch to "off".

2.

Check that all functions are disabled.

3.

Switch the main switch to "on" again.

Automatic foot guard (if program code is activated):

1.

Raise the lift to approx. 16" (40cm).

2.

Lower the lift with the <unlock> and <lowering> button. 
Check that the lift stops at a level of 12" (30cm). 

3.

Release and press the <unlock> and <lowering> button again. 
Check that lowering now is accompanied by an acoustic alarm.
