First assemble the LED-engines as stated in 

Figure 9.5

. Note the position of the 

slotted holes in the mounting plate (1.2). At the opposing LED-engine, these slotted 
holes must be mounted reflected.

Connect the protective hose in the dedicated hole in the LED engine and mount the 
LED engines on the mounting plates using two M4 bolts. Mount the pull relief (1.3) 
at the cable and in the hole of the mounting plate (1.2).

12.

Determine the position of the LED-lights in the tracks and connect the connection 
cables (2). If required, use extension cables (3). Feed the cables in the aluminum 
channel and push the connectors through the oval holes, so that it will be possible 
to connect the LED-engines.

13.

Now mount the LED engines (1.1) with the mounting plate (1.2) to the aluminum 
cable tray underneath the runway (platform), using one M6 bolt (1.6). Do not yet turn 
tight the bolts.

14.

Mount the light tube (1.7) in one of the LED engines, using the coupling nut and two 
O-rings. First shift the coupling nut over the end of the light tube (1.7), followed by 
the two O-rings. Do the same at the other end of the light tube (1.7), connect the 
coupling nuts to the LED engines and now tighten the M6 bolts. 

15.

Switch on the mains current and check the functioning of the lighting by switching it 
on with the switch on the front of the control box.

16.

The light tubes are provided with a reflection piece. The light beam can be directed 
by rotating the light tubes.
