Verify that no visible pixel jitter, pixel shift, or convergence
occurs when viewed from approximately one meter.

Verify that the NWS user interface is displayed on both the
procedure room and control room monitors. Verify that the
same interface is displayed at both locations.
•
Right-click on the desktop background on the NWS
computer. Click "Properties". Click the "Settings" tab. Verify
that the "Color Palette" indicates at least 32 bits. Verify that
the desktop area indicates at least 1920 by 1200 pixels.

Connectivity.
•
On the NWS computer, click "Start", "Settings", "Network and
Dialup Connections". Verify that there is one entries, labeled
"Local Area Connection".
•
Open a command prompt by clicking on "Start", clicking on
"Run", typing in "cmd", and clicking "OK".
•
Attempt to ping the MNS computer. At the command prompt
type “ping 192.168.168.2”, followed by a carriage return.
•
Verify that the ping command completes successfully by
noting that the number of packets sent is equal to the
number of packets received, and that no packets were lost.
