Verify that system labels are in place and the cosmetic covers are
installed correctly.
•
Verify that the system identification label is applied to the
Control cabinet & Cosmetic covers for applicable 001-006000
or 001-006100 configuration.
•
Verify that the Cosmetic covers are installed.
•
Verify that the distance from the cosmetic covers to finished
floor level does not exceed 0.354” (9mm).

Verify that the system completes the scrape tests and that no
interference between the covers and magnets is detected at Navigate
AP, Navigate RAO and Navigate LAO.
***Apply proper Table & C-Arm positions to
AVOID COLLISION.
•
Enter the system service mode.
•
Install and adjust the front covers on both positioners.
•
Move to the Navigate AP position.
•
Select the service menu and initiate the “Scrape Test”.
•
Step through all 10 steps for Z and Z-Phi allowing Theta to
rotate at least 360
°
during each step while listening for
interference.
•
Repeat at Navigate RAO and LAO positions.
•
Repeat for the other Positioner.
•
Verify that the no interference was detected on MP1.
•
Verify that the no interference was detected on MP2.
