Background Music (Optional)
Attendant Voice Mail Alarm Clear
The Attendant display shows an alarm condition when the
system detects that the digital voice mail is out of service.
Dial feature code [656] to clear any alarm from the display. It
does not clear the condition, just clears the display.

To activate Background Music:

Dial [632] or press
preprogrammed
BGM flexible button. The
LCD displays:

Enter desired channel on the keypad. Confirmation tone
sounds. Music is now audible through the speaker.

Press Volume Bar to change the volume. The LCD displays:
To deactivate Background Music:
1.
Dial [632] again or press BGM flexible button.
2.
Enter a [0]. Confirmation tone sounds and music
discontinues.

TELEPHONE
The background music feature is not compatible with single
line telephones.
