TEC ON : Set when the TEC current source is on.

IMAX : Set when the output current is at the positive limit.
IMIN : Set when the output current is at the negative limit.

T FAULT : Set when the thermal sensor is disconnected

TMIN : Set when temperature is below the minimum.
4.6.5.1 TEC controller positive/negative transition (TEPT/TENT)
These two 16-bit wide registers control the mapping of transitions
in the TECR to setting flags in the TEEV register. For any particular
event, if the corresponding bit is set in TEPT, then a 0
→
1 transition
in the TECR causes the bit to be set in the TEEV. Likewise, if a bit is
set in TENT, then a 1
→
0 transition in the TECR causes the bit to be
set in the TEEV.
All combinations of TEPT and TENT settings are valid. At power-on,
both TEPT and TENT are cleared.
4.6.5.2 TEC controller event (TEEV)
This 16-bit wide register monitors selected events in the TECR, based
on transitions selected in TEPT and TENT. When the selected transi-
tion(s) occur, the corresponding bit is set. Reading the register clear
it (reading a single bit clears only that bit). This register is cleared by
the
*CLS
command.
