922-116-3 (3’) VERTICAL CLIMBER/PROTECTIVE BARRIER
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
In addition to the components on the packing list you will need a
drill, #7 drill bit, tape measure and dry erase marker.
INSTALLATION STEPS
__1) Review all instructions before beginning:
__2) Unpack, organize, and identify all components: Be sure to
place all painted components on a protective surface (cardboard,
cloth, etc…) to prevent damage.
__3) Locate placement of the Vertical Climber/Protective
Barrier: See top down view of your instruction booklet
__4) Install Vertical Climber/Protective Barrier You will need
the Rung Ladder (1), the Arch Wall (9), four Four-Hole Attachment
Brackets (2), four Attachment Bracket Gaskets (3), sixteen Self-
Tapping Screws (4), four 3/8”x3/8” Set Screws (5), four 3/8”x1”
Button Head Bolts (6), eight 3/8” Flat washers (7), and four 3/8”
Lock Nuts (8). First you will need to place two of the Four-Hole
Brackets on the Rung Ladder (1). (See detail A) Using the 3/8”x1”
Button Head Bolts with a 3/8” Flat Washer installed, place it
through the Rung Ladder and into the correct factory punched hole
in the deck you are installing it to. Secure it with a 3/8” Flat
Washer and 3/8” Locknut on the underside of the deck, do not
completely tighten Lock Nut at this time. (See detail B) repeat this
step for the bottom of the Arch Wall (9).
