INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
In addition to the components on the packing list you will need a
shovel or post hole digger, cement, drill, and a level.
INSTALLATION STEPS
__1) Review all instructions before beginning
__2) Unpack, organize and identify, all components: Be sure to
place all painted components on a protective surface (cardboard,
cloth, etc…) to prevent damage.
__3) Locate placement of Corkscrew Climber: See top down
view of your instruction booklet
__4) Install Arch Wall: Make sure that the attachment stub is
facing away from the deck you are installing the Corkscrew
Climber on. You will need the Arch Wall (12) two Four-Hole
Attachment Brackets (2), two Attachment Bracket Gaskets (3),
eight Self-Tapping Screws (4),two 3/8” x 3/8” Set Screws (5) two
3/8” x 1” Button Head Bolts (6), four 3/8” Flat washers (7) and two
3/8” Lock Nuts (8). First you will need to place the two Four-Hole
Brackets on the Arch Wall. (See detail A) Using the 3/8” x 1”
Button Head Bolts with a flat washer installed, place it through the
Arch Wall and into the correct factory punched hole in the deck
you are installing it to. Secure it with a 3/8” Flat Washer and 3/8”
Locknut on the underside of deck, do not completely tighten
locknut at this time. (See detail B)
