clockwise is 100% wet. R
oughly 3 o’clock on the MIX knob is where a 50/50 split between
wet
and dry occurs.
Parallel Mode
When the Collider is set to Parallel Mode, the MIX knob controls the level of the wet signal only,
with fully counterclockwise being no wet signal, and fully clockwise being a 50/50 wet/dry mix.
This control works independently with each effect.
Alternate MIX Knob Function
On the Collider, the MIX knob has a secondary, or alternate (ALT) function, which varies depending on
whether you’re in Cascade or Parallel Mode. To access the ALT MIX knob function, hold the CON
TROL
INPUT button down while turning the MIX knob.
Cascade Mode
When the Collider is set to Cascade Mode, the ALT MIX knob controls the overall level of the
Output signal of either engine, with fully counterclockwise being zero output, and fully clockwise
being +6 dB of output. 12 o’clock on this knob is “unity”.
Parallel Mode
When the Collider is set to Parallel Mode, the ALT MIX knob controls the level of the analog dry
through signal, with fully counterclockwise being no dry signal, and fully clockwi
se being “unity”
analog dry level. Since you are only manipulating a single dry signal, this control functions the
same no matter which engine you are currently editing.
FEEDBACK Knob (Regeneration/Decay)
REVERB (Decay)
Sets the sustain time of the reverb trail. Turning the FEEDBACK knob counter-
clockwise for a quicker decay and clock-wise for a slower decay and longer reverb trail.
DELAY (Regeneration)
