Setting the date and time
Use the buttons on the base phone.

For the year, enter the last two digits.
For example, to set the date to December 5, 2000,

The unit uses the 24-hour system.
To enter a number smaller than 10, press

A beep is heard and the clock starts.
To check the current time
Press
(time) with the receiver in place on the base
phone.
The current time setting is announced.
Notes
• If a power interruption occurs, the day and time will be
reset to January 1, 2000 and a lamp will flash. Set the
date and time again.
• If the current day and time are not set, you will not be
able to set the time for a morning call.
• If an error beep is heard after step 5, go back to step 1
and follow the steps all over again.
Make sure you enter the correct numbers in steps 3 and 4.

Choosing the dialing mode
This unit automatically selects the appropriate
dialing mode (tone or pulse) for your telephone line.
However, if the call cannot connect , follow the steps
below to select an appropriate dialing mode.
