[Forwarding] Tab
FT Connection
Select the Firewall Traversal setting.
Autodetect FT:
Automatically determine whether Firewall
Traversal is necessary when connecting to the HD VISUAL
COMMUNICATION SERVER, and connect via the FT personal
client only if necessary.
Autodetect GC:
Automatically determine whether Firewall
Traversal is necessary when connecting to the HD VISUAL
COMMUNICATION SERVER, and connect via the FT group
client only if necessary.
Use FT:
Always use the FT personal client when connecting to
the HD VISUAL COMMUNICATION SERVER.
Use GC:
Always use the FT group client when connecting to the
HD VISUAL COMMUNICATION SERVER.
NONE:
Connect without using Firewall Traversal.
FT personal clients can only be used from a PC Endpoint terminal.
Therefore, [Autodetect FT] and [Use FT] cannot be used from an
H.323 terminal.
FT Tunnel Type
Select the tunnel type for Firewall Traversal. Configure this only
when using Firewall Traversal.
NONE:
Do not specify a tunnel type.
TCP:
Connect using a TCP tunnel.
UDP:
Connect using a UDP tunnel.
Setting Category
Description
Set
Select the checkbox to enable the [Action], [Forwarding Type],
and [Forwarding Destination] settings. This can be configured for
each [Condition].
Condition
Indicates the status; [Busy], [Online] (User can be called), or
[Offline] (User cannot be called). The [Action], [Forwarding
Type], and [Forwarding Destination] settings can be configured
for each status.
Action
Select the [Confirm], [Reject] or [Forward] Action when
answering calls.
Forwarding Type
Select the forwarding destination type when selecting [Forward]
as an [Action]
H.323 Alias:
When selecting an H.323 Alias as a forwarding
destination.
E.164 Number:
When selecting an E.164 Number as a
forwarding destination.
IP Address:
When selecting an IP Address as a forwarding
destination.

When selecting [Forward] as an [Action], enter a forwarding
destination that complies with a type specified in the [Forwarding
Type].
