Problem
Easy Solution
Motor doesn’t
start or blades
don’t rotate
– Check that the blender jug and lid are securely into position.
– Check that the
ON|OFF
button and selected function or speed set-
ting is illuminated.
– Check that the power plug is securely inserted into the power out-
let and switched on.
Food is uneven-
ly chopped
– An oversized amount was put into the blender jug. Fill the blen-
der jug with a smaller amount of food and, if necessary, blend
several times.
– Pieces were too large. Cut the foods in smaller pieces. For best
results, the food should be chopped into pieces no larger than
2 cm.
Food is chop-
ped too fine or
is watery
– Blend for shorter period of time. Use PULSE | ICE CRUSH function
for more control.
Food sticks to
blade and jug
– The mixture may be too thick. Try adding more liquid to the mix-
ture and / or use a slower speed.
Blender
overloaded
– The blender features a motor protection feature. If the motor is
being overloaded the motor will stop and the overload warning
icon „OVERLOAD PROTECTION“ on the LCD will start to flash.
– If „OVERLOAD PROTECTION“ is flashing in the LCD screen, use the
ON|OFF
button to switch off the blender and pull the power plug.
Wait a couple of minutes before reconnecting the plug and restar-
ting the appliance with the
ON|OFF
button.
– Should the „OVERLOAD PROTECTION“ notice still flash, repeat the
process but wait 20 – 30 minutes before reconnecting and restar-
ting the appliance. Once „OVERLOAD PROTECTION“ stops flas-
hing, you can continue using the blender.
– We recommend removing a portion of the mixture, cutting food
into smaller pieces or processing smaller amounts per batch.
