Description

The HD5050 family hosts a range of options to suit
Studio and Transmission applications. HD5050 is a
10-bit Broadcast/Studio Quality HDTV up-converter
providing high definition output formats from a
standard definition video input
The HD5050 family will up-convert 525/625 standard
definition video signals, into HDTV 1.48 GHz output

formats. The HD5050 will handle the standards
conversion and aspect ratio conversions required
during the up-conversion process. All options will
provide the user with complete control over the size
and shape of the output picture either via the front
panel, RollCall



or RS422.
