Reduce the fluid temperature.

Turn the power off and turn it
on again. If the failure cannot
be solved, contact SMC for
repair.
Temperature sensor
failure
The temperature sensor is damaged.
If the error cannot be reset after the above measures are taken, then please contact SMC.
