
When the smart Wallbox is reconnected to the electricity grid, it will initiate the start-up procedure:
As described in section “Taking the wallbox into operation.” on page 12 , the vehicle can now be con-
nected for charging.
Returning your wallbox.
Should your wallbox display error messages permanently during installation or subsequent operation,
or if it does not function properly, contact your local smart technical support. If the error can still not
be resolved, repairs must be carried out. For this purpose, you must take the wallbox out of operation,
uninstall it and return it via smart technical support.
In addition to the wallbox itself, you must include the '
Checklist for returns
' document with the parcel.
Please ensure that the data entered in the document are correct and complete, and that the document
has been signed by the customer as well as the installing technician. Otherwise, repairs cannot be car-
ried out.
