accElERaTION SYSTEM
The JOIN’T2 is equipped with a very efficient, long trimmer. This trimmer lengthens the
back risers and thereby accelerates the glider by ca. 10 km/h.
caUTION
avoid a one-sided opening of the Trimmer, since the consequent asymmetry
can negatively influence flying performance.

HaRNESS
When flying with passengers a tandem harness should be used at all times.
Be aware that relative brake travel changes with height of the suspension.
caUTION
Many harnesses are not suitable at all for tandem flying. voluminous airbags
can obstruct the pilot and cause danger. In case of doubt, please consult an
experienced tandem flight instructor
TaNDEM BaR
The Tandem Spreader Bar is a part of the glider. All hardware must possess a breaking
strength of at least 9-times the maximal launch weight. (e.g. carabiners)
A Tandem Spreader Bar must be certified, and may not be flown without certification. It
is dangerous and insurance does not apply to an uninsured spreader bar.
