WARTUNG UND SCHMIERUNG
1. Schmieren Sie regelmässig nach 5
Betriebsstungen 5 Schmiernippel am
Zwischenträger.
2. Zwischendurch muss die Sicherung
kontrolliert werden.
3. Schmieren Sie die Gelenkwelle nach
dem beigelegten Schmierplan.
4.
Das Hauptträger-Getriebe ist mit
halbflüssigem Fett EP-0 gefüllt, das nur
falls nötig und bei Jahreskontrolle
nachgefüllt wird. Das Getriebefett muss
immer bis zum unteren Punkt der
Antriebswelle reichen.
MAINTENANCE AND
LUBRICATION
1. Lubricate every 5 hours 5 lubricators on
the middle holder.
2. Test the safety fuse occasionally.
3. The P.T.O. Shaft should be lubricated
according to the enclosed instructions.
4. The main gear-box is filled with semi-
liquid grease EP-0. Add this EP-0 only if
necessary or in remount. The grease in
the gear-box must always reach the
lower point of the driving shaft.

PERIODISCHE KONTROLLEN
Das Rotationsmühwerk muss einmal jährlich
grünglich kontrolliert werden. Zeitweilige
periodische Kontrollen während des Jahres
sind vor allem zwecks Schmierung und
Wartung erforderlich.
Die Kontrolle umfängt:
1. Kontrolle des Antriebsgehäuses, ob die
Schrauben und Muttern fest angezogen
sind;
2. Verschleiss der oberen und unteren
Trommeln;
3. Verschleiss der Träger;
4. Messeraustauch;
5.
Kontrolle der Sicherungsbleche und
Schutztücher;
6.
Schmierung nach Schmierplan und
Wartungsanleitung.
PERIODICAL OVERHAULS
A thorough periodical overhaul is needed
every year.
The mower should also be overhauled from
time to time during the year to see if
lubrication or maintenance are needed.
Overhaul consists of:
1. Gear-box control in oder to see if screws
and nuts are fastened enough.
2. Examination if the upper and lower discs
are outworn.
3. Examination if the holders are outworn.
4. Knife replacement.
5. Examination if the protection covers and
curtains are faultless.
6.
Examination of the P:T.O. Shaft
protection.
7. Lubrication according to the instructions
for maintenance and lubrication.
