Lifting and transportation
Rules below must be obeyed.
Use commonsense and make plan when forklift (above 4 ton) or crane is used to lift the
machine.
Vehicles must be parked on level ground.
Vehicles must be fastened to prevent moving during loading.
Make sure that the size, loading surface, and fastening belt or rigging of the vehicle can
support the machine’s weight. (Please refer to the specification)
The machine must be placed horizontally or fastened before releasing brake.
Prevent rails from falling down when take pins out. Hold rails when adjusting the
height.
Release brake
1.
Put a piece of wedge under wheels to prevent machine from
moving.
2.
Make sure drive chassis has been fastened and there is no
obstruction along the passageway.
3.
Located the manual release brake handle on the tire walking
motor.
4.
Push the manual release brake handle to open the brake.
After loading
Lock wheels to avoid any movement.
Ensure safe transportation by truck or trailer
1.
Turn key switch to OFF position and pull out the key during transportation.
2.
Check machine thoroughly to make sure all parts are fixed.
3.
Make sure chain or belt strong enough.
4.
Use at least two pieces of chain or belt.
5.
Adjust lock to prevent chains from being damaged.
