Basic Principles
“Workplace Inspection” will help operators to determine whether the workplace is suitable for
operation. Operators shall inspect workplace before they move machines there.
It is the operator’s responsibility to understand and keep in mind the hazardous in workplace,
He/she shall pay attention and avoid these problems when move, install and operate the machine.
Avoid the following:
Steep slopes and caves.
Protruding objects, obstructions and debris on ground.
Slantwise surface
Unstable or smooth surface
Aerial obstruction and high-voltage wires
Dangerous position
Surface that cannot support weight of machine and load.
Wind and atmospheric conditions
People unauthorized
Any other unsafe situations that may occur.
