Check cable daily and replace parts damaged before operation.
Take off rings, watches and any other personal adornment to avoid electric shock.
Tip-over Hazard
Do NOT use batteries lighter than the original ones. Battery works as counterweight, it is critical
to the stability of machine. The weight of battery should be no less than 33kg.
Hazard during lifting of battery
Have proper number of people and use proper way to lift the battery.
Inspection before operation
No operation unless:
you have fully understood and implemented the safe operation rules specified in this manual

2 Always carry out pre-operation inspection

3 Always do function test before operation.
4 Inspect workplace.
5 Only use the machine as per its design intention.
Basic Principles
It is operator’s responsibility to do pre-operation inspection and regular maintenance.
Pre-operation inspection is straightforward, and should be done by operators before every shift.
The aim is to check whether there are obvious problems with the machine before function test by
operator.
Pre-operation inspection can also be used to determine the need of regular maintenance. Operators
are only allowed to do regular maintenance specified in this manual.
Please check against the list on next page to see whether there are any parts changed, damaged,
loosened or missed in every item and at any position.
Damaged and amended machines are not allowed to use. Marks should be made when damage or
difference from ex-factory condition is found.
Only qualified technicians are allowed to repair the machines according to rules set by
manufacturer. After reparation and maintenance, operators shall carry out pre-operation inspection
again before function test
As required by the manufacturer and the service manual, regular maintenance shall be done by
qualified technicians.
