arrow.
Results: The front wheel shall move towards right directions.
Test drive and brake

Turn Driving / Up & Down switch to “Drive/ Steering” position.

Push Drive/Steering control handle slowly towards front direction until the machine start to
move, and then return the handle to home position.
Results: The machine shall move towards front direction, and then stop.

Push Drive/Steering control handle slowly towards back direction until the machine start to
move, and then return the handle to home position.
Results: The machine shall move towards back direction, and then stop.
The brake shall stop the machine smoothly on any slope it can climb.
Test the weighing system
Before the testing, operator should lift and lower the machine at least two times to ensure the
normal lubrication between blocks and pathway.

The scissor arm is fully stowed and lowered down. Add load to the platform gradually.
Result:
Weight not exceeding 240kg: Platform can be lifted to the highest position.
Weight between 288kg-240kg: Platform cannot be lifted. The overload indicator turns on ,the
lifting height of the platform is more than 2meters.
Test the limited driving speed

Turn the Drive/Up & Down switch to UP & Down position.

Raise the platform to about 2m above the ground.
Results: Automatic pothole protection system shall start work.

Turn the Drive/Up & Down switch to DRIVE position .Move the drive control handle slowly
to FULL-SPEED position.
Results: The speed should be 14cm/sec (move 10 meters within 72 sec.).
Note: If the speed exceeds 14cm/sec., stop the machine and make identifications.
Test tilt sensor
Note: Use platform controlling device on ground. Do NOT stay in the platform.
