The fan speed is not in the expected
range. If the fault persists for two min-
utes, the boiler shuts off for thirty min-
utes. At the end of this forced stop, it
tries to reignite.

FIRST MIXED ZONE SAFETY THERMO-
STAT TRIPPED “ALL 20” (fig . 23/14
When the boiler is connected to the MIX
ZONE board, tripping the safety ther-
mostat shuts off the mixed zone pump,
zone’s mix valve closes and the display
shows fault ALL 20.
The boiler will continue its normal oper-
ation during this fault.

FIRST MIXED ZONE DELIVERY SENSOR
FAULT “ALL 21” (fig . 23/15)
When the boiler is connected to the MIX
ZONE board and the delivery sensor is
open or shorted, the display shows fault
ALL 21.
The boiler will continue its normal oper-
ation during this fault.

SECOND MIXED ZONE SAFETY THER-
MOSTAT TRIPPED “ALL 22” (fig . 23/16)
When the boiler is connected to the MIX
ZONE board, tripping the safety ther-
mostat shuts off the mixed zone pump,
zone’s mix valve closes and the displays
shows fault ALL 22.
The boiler will continue its normal oper-
ation during this fault.

SECOND MIXED ZONE DELIVERY SEN-
SOR FAULT “ALL 23” (fig . 23/17)
When the boiler is connected to the MIX
ZONE board and the delivery sensor is
open or shorted, the display shows fault
ALL 23.
The boiler will continue its normal oper-
ation during this fault.

SOLAR MANIFOLD PROBE (S1) FAULT

When the solar sensor is open or shorted
the display shows fault ALL 24. The boil-
er continues normal operation but the
solar function is no longer available.

BOILER SOLAR SENSOR (S2) FAULT

When the solar sensor is open or shorted
the display shows fault ALL 25. The boil-
er continues normal operation but the
solar function is no longer available.

AUXILIARY SENSOR (S3) FAULT “ALL

When the solar sensor is open or shorted
the display shows fault ALL 26. The boil-
er continues normal operation but the
solar function is no longer available.

SOLAR APPLICATION COHERENCE
FAULT “ALL 27” (fig . 23/21)

When the water circuit is not configured
properly for the selected solar applica-
tion, the displays shows fault ALL 27. The
boiler continues its normal operation but
only the manifold anti-freeze functions
remains available on the affected solar
control board.

INPUT COHERENCE (S3) SYSTEM 7
ONLY FAULT “ALL 28” (fig . 23/22)

When a sensor is connected to input S3
on the display's controller rather than
a no-voltage contact, the display shows
fault ALL 28. The boiler continues its
normal operation but only the manifold
anti-freeze functions remains available
on the affected solar control board.

NUMBER OF CONNECTED BOARDS
FAULT “ALL 29” (fig . 23/23)
When one of the connected MIX ZONE/
SOLAR boards is faulty or is not commu-
nicating, the display shows fault ALL 29.
The boiler will continue its normal opera-
tion, but the MIX ZONE/SOLAR function is
not available.
