MALFUNCTIONS
When a malfunction is detected, the display
will show an alarm and
the light bar turns
red
.
We describe the potential faults, their
alarms and solutions below:
–
LOW WATER PRESSURE FAULT “ALL 02”
(fig . 23/1)
If the water pressure read by the trans-
ducer is less than 0.5 bar, the boiler turns
off and the display shows fault ALL 02.
Restore pressure until the transducer
reads 1.5 bar.
If you find you need to refill the sys-
tem repeatedly, we recommend check-
ing the tightness of the heating circuit
(check for leaks) .

HIGH WATER PRESSURE FAULT “ALL
03” (fig . 23/2)
If the water pressure read by the trans-
ducer is greater than 4.8 bar, the boiler
turns off and the display shows fault ALL
03.
–
HEATING DELIVERY SENSOR FAULT
“ALL 05” (fig . 23/4)
When the heating delivery sensor (SM) is
open or shorted, the boiler turns off and
the display shows fault ALL 05.
–
NO FLAME FAULT “ALL 06” (fig . 23/5)
If the flame sensor does not detect the
flame after a complete ignition sequence
or the controller fails to detect the flame
for any other reason, the boiler turns off
and the display shows fault ALL 06.
