Aluminium monobloc outer frame model “Easy System”
Visually appealing, obtained through deep-draw thermoform-
ing in 400 t press. Built with a special high-magnesium alumin-
ium alloy used in marine applications.
Sturdy and compact, it guarantees a perfectly sealed collector!
High thermal insulation model “Easy System”
Obtained from 60 mm-thick pre-compressed rock wool, cov-
ered with black glass fabric for minimising heat losses.
Thermal conductivity of polyurethane insulation:
λ=0.021 W/m grd (DIN 56612, measured at 10°C) (DIN EN ISO
845, DIN 53 421, ISO 4590, DIN ISO 2796).
Thermal conductivity of rock wool insulation:
λ=0.035 W/m grd (DIN 56612, measured at 0°C).
Copper-tube tubular battery model “Easy System”
Made with the correct intersections and thickness. The ends are
perforated with upward discharge for optimal adaptation of the
collectors and for preventing pressure drops. Distance between
tubes = 93 mm (EN 1652).
Outer frame made of extruded elements model “Easy System”
Built with a special high-magnesium aluminium alloy used in
marine applications.

The ends are perforated with upward discharge for optimal ad-

Selective absorber consisting of a single surface
Made of selective metal sheet (Sun Selective Complete area
absorber); includes a special titanium vacuum layer featuring
high absorption and low emission, which covers the entire sur-
face of the panel and the delivery/return pipes, thus increasing
the harnessing power of the collector, welded to the battery
through laser welding.
Special plastic components
Used for supporting and waterproofing the battery in relation to
the outer frame, they are specially designed for the collector’s
ventilation and can also accommodate a sensor, if necessary.
Special silicone rubbers allow the absorber to expand or con-
tract in all temperature ranges from –40°C to +200°C.
Clear tempered glass cover
Tempered glass sheet with low iron oxide content (low-iron/
extra clear), constant expansion coefficient and high permea-
bility to light (>92%), withstands extreme weather conditions
(e.g. hail, sudden temperature fluctuations, etc.). ANSI Z97-1
(U.S.A.) BS 6206 (G. BRITAIN) DIN 52337 (GERMANY).
Insulating seal for glass sheet
Resistant to ultraviolet rays (UV-proofed EPDM).
Aluminium profile
Used to position and support the glass sheet (Al Mg Si 05).
