4. Get X-RAY and move to the PSM.
5. Save the VTL configuration to the PSM.
6. Execute the "Halt" command.
7. Using the PSM-KVM, bring up a browser and, using the BMC interface, connect to VTL
server being serviced.
8. If the server is at a CLI prompt, use the BMC to power off the server.

Replacing the Fan
To replace the fan:
1. At the front of the cabinet, unscrew the screws that secure the server to the cabinet. Set the
screws aside.
2. Pull the server out until it is halfway extended out of the cabinet.
3. Remove the cover of the application processor.
4. Locate the failed fan.
5. Pull up to remove the fan

6. Install the new fan.
7. Replace the server cover.
8. Push the server into the cabinet.
9. Replace the screws that secure the server to the cabinet.
