16. At the back of the cabinet, locate the fibre cables and plug them into the appropriate ports in
the HBA.
17. Replace the I/O Panel.

Powering On
1. At the PSM-KVM Service GUI, for each shelf connected to the server being serviced, do a
Start Shelf.
2. At the PSM-KVM, reconnect the browser to the BMC of the server.
3. Power on the server using the BMC Power On command.
NOTE: The VTL server spoofs the WWPNs from the failed HBA so the WWPNs won't change.
4. The VTL server automatically start the VTL application.
5. Once the VTL application is up, reconnect the VTL GUI and verify all resources are
available.
