Availability
Children Shows the child nodes of the selected Project node. The
visibility of the properties can be flexibly set as needed.
Furthermore, this view can be used to edit the configuration
parameters of the children nodes in a single step similar to
MS Excel.

Links
Shows the link nodes of the selected node.
Hint: To find where the link to a node is in the tree, double-
click the icon.
Always present
Node
Displays general information about the selected node. In
the case of the Project root node, displays project
download information.
Always present
Summary Allows you to fill in the fields with the required general
information.
Project node only
Notes
Allows you to enter comments or explanations, if any.
Project node only
Other
Contains all other detailed configuration data that you can
access, such as event treatment or plant browser pages.
The tabs displayed will vary depending on the node
selected.

The Edit Grid
The user interface control in the
Data View is called the Edit Grid.
The Edit Grid allows you to modify property values in the Children and Links tabs.

The
Edit Grid is basically a spreadsheet. It is organised in rows (the nodes) and
columns (the
properties), which form cells where you modify the values of the node
properties.
Since the nodes may have different Node Classes, their properties may be
different. The resulting grid, if available, for the Children and Links tab is:
Left-most four columns contain the common properties (description, technical
text, security profile inheritance, security profile ID)
