3.  Specify the Profile and Level attributes. Then, click OK to add the new user.

certain cases, a manual refresh may be necessary: if so, click the Refresh icon

Modifying a user 

An existing user can be modified to change his/her security profile or visibility level. 
1.  In order to modify a user, select the corresponding line in the list and then do 

one of the following: 

-  Click the Edit icon 

. 

-  Select the Edit > Edit menu command. 

  The User Data window appears.
