The DP master cannot write all diagnostic messages sent by the DP slave to its diagnostic
buffer.
Master PROFIBUS address
The "Master-PROFIBUS address" diagnostic byte stores the DP address of the DP
master:
•
that has configured the DP slave and
•
has read and write access to the DP slave.

Manufacturer ID
