Fitting the mounting plate to an S7-300 standard rail 

Procedure

Side view of a mounting plate on an S7-300 standard rail 

Follow the steps below to fit the mounting plate to an S7-300 standard rail: 
1.

 

Place the mounting plate with the two protruding catches on the top edge of the S7-300 

standard rail (position A in the figure above). 

2.

 

At the bottom, the mounting plate has two lugs with holes. Screw the lugs to the S7-300 

standard rail (position B in the figure above). The required screws are supplied with the 

mounting plate.
