Using a different telephone
in the same way as your own
You can log on to another telephone belonging to the
HiPath 4000 or Hicom 300 E/H system (not used in US)
via a personal identification number (PIN) (also tele-
phones of networked HiPath 4000 or Hicom 300 E/H
(not used in US) systems, for example, at other branch-
es of your company). At the other telephone you can*
then:
•
make calls and assign the charges to cost centers
•
make calls and assign the charges to specific
projects
•
retrieve messages from your mailbox
•
use your individual speed dialing numbers and also
a number that has been saved at your own tele-
phone for redialing
•
use repertory dialing keys, provided that they are
configured in the same positions as your own tele-
phone
•
enter timed reminders
Using an internal PIN, you can have your calls diverted
to a telephone in the office or department where you
will be for a temporary period (call forwarding - follow
me).
