Recording Radio Programmes
Radio programmes can be recorded using your stereo system, a DVD or cassette
recorder or directly on the hard disk of your set-top box. The way you connect your set-
top box to the terminal is critical for the quality of your recording.
u
Analogue recordings
are made when you forward the audio signals of your set-top
box via the
VCR
or
AUDIO L
and
AUDIO R
ports to the desired terminal.
u
Digital recordings
are made by recording directly to the hard disk. In addition, you
can connect your set-top box via the
DIGITAL OUT
port to a recorder, which can
transmit digital audio signals to an appropriate storage medium (e.g. DVD recorder
or PC).
