Kontroller drivakselposisjon

VIKTIG!
Før thrustermotoren kjøres må det kontrolleres at drivaksel er helt rett når 

den stopper automatisk i utfelt posisjon ved betjening fra panelet:

• 

Tilkoble spenning til truster og S-link system. 

• 

Sett DIP-switch på controller til 0000. 

• 

Slå på panel. Drivaksel felles ut.

• 

Hevarmen for aktuatoren og lageret har overett-merker. se fig 14.

• 

Hvis disse er over ett, slå panelet av. Drivaksel felles inn.

• 

Hvis merkene ikke er over ett, se avsnitt om kalibrering av drivakselposisjon

Check drive shaft alignment

IMPORTANT!
Before the thruster motor is run, the alignment of the drive shaft must be 

checked to be completely straight when it reaches its end posistion by op-

eration form the control panel:

• 

Connect power to thruster and S-link system. 

• 

Sett DIP-switch on controller to 0000. 

• 

Turn on panel. Drive shaft deploys.

• 

The actuator lever arm and the bearing have alignment marking (Fig 14).

• 

If the marks aligns, turn panel off. Drive shaft retracts. 

• 

If the marks do not align, proceed to calibrate drive shaft.

Posisjonen er forhåndskalibrert i produksjon!

1: Med Dipswitch velg ‘Service Mode’.

2: Juster pilen på aktuator til kalibrering merke, ved hjelp av UP/DOWN-knappene. 

3: Med Dipswitch velg ‘Sensor Calibration Mode’. 
4: Trykk og hold både UP og DOWN-knappene samtidig til STATUS LED lyser grønt. 

    Hvis FAULT LED lyser rødt, så er kalibreringen ute av posisjon (feil kalibrerings   

    merke). 
5: Med Dipswitch velg ‘Operating Mode’, thruster går inn. 
         Enkel eller dobbel aktuator:

• 

Hvis SRV(P) 80/100 eller SRL(P) 80/100 med  

enkelt aktuator, sett dipswitch nr.1 til ON. 

• 

Hvis SRV(P) 130, SRV(P) 170 eller SRV(P) 210  

med dual aktuator, sett dipswitch nr.1 til OFF.

 

Konstant rødt lys:

Motor overtemp, Kontroller overtemp, Kontroller ingen kommunikasjon, Motor rele feil,

 

Lav batterispenning, Posisjons sensor feil, Ingen strøm til aktuator, Nedfellbar thruster feil, 

Temp sensor brudd. 

Blinkende rødt lys:

Rødt lys blinker hurtig: Dipswitch i ulovlig tilstand.

Rødt lys blinker kort annen hvert sekund: Aksling ikke kalibrert, eller aksling kalibrert 

utenfor gyldig område.

Konstant grønt lys:

Normal mode, Service mode (aktuator betjent av UP/DOWN knappene). 

Rekalibrert “ned”-posisjon.

Blinkende grønt lys:

Ingen S-Link kommunikasjon.

The drive shaft is correctly aligned during production!

1: With dipswitches select ‘Service Mode’.
2: Align arrow on actuator arm with calibration mark, using UP/DOWN buttons.
3: With dipswitches select ‘Sensor Calibration Mode’.
4: Press and hold both UP and DOWN buttons until  STATUS LED light up green.
    If FAULT LED light up red, then the calibration is out of position (wrong align mark).
5: With dipswitches select ‘Operation Mode’, thruster retracts.  

         Single or Dual Actuator:

• 

If SRV(P) 80/100 or SRL(P) 80/100 with single  

actuator then set dipswitch no.1 to ON. 

• 

If SRV(P) 130, SRV(P) 170 or SRV(P) 210 with 

dual actuator set dipswitch no.1 to OFF.

Continous red light:

Motor overtemp, Controller overtemp, Controller no communication, Motor relay failure

Low battery voltage, Position sensor failure, No power to actuators, Retractable unit 

failure, Temp sensor open circuit.

 

Flashing red light:

Red light fast blinking: Dipswitch in invalid position.

Red light short flash every 2 seconds: Shaft not calibrated, or shaft calibrated out of 

range.

Continous green light:

Normal mode, Service mode (actuators operated by UP/DOWN buttons). 

Re-calibrated “down”-position.

Flashing green light:

No S-Link communication.

   
