GALIGN PC TOOL

SB-3403 GALIGN PC TOOL

1. Please download the SB-3403 PC tool from our website.
2. Open the

[GAlign.7Z]

and decompressed the file into the

[GAlign]

directory.

[GAlign]

directory should consist of (3) files:

•

Quick GAlign PC tool user guide for the SB-3403

•

GAlign.exe

•

UI.INI

4. Users can create a Language based on their requirements. Please open the UI.INI and add a new string set into the UI.INI and save

this modification inside the same

[GAlign]

directory. Then the user can find a new language in this PC tool.

5. Turn all the Dip Switches to the OFF position so that the settings in

[GAlign]

will not be affected by the Dip Switch settings.

6. Open the

[GAlign.exe]

file to see the operation window.

7. This PC tool is an .exe file and may be blocked by Anti-virus software. Please remove this barrier.

[GALIGN] PC TOOL OPERATION PROCEDURES

1. Open the

[GAlign.exe]

file. Select a Language.

2. Users should see

[COM #]

at the top right corner. If not, the RS-232 is not connected to the PC. Please check the

[Device Manager]

on the PC and make sure the RS-232 USB driver is correctly installed. Click

[Connect]

, users will see

[Close]

in the block. It means

the PC tool has already connected with the SB-3403 and is ready to use.
3. Select

[Index 1-10]

. Index is the location to store your settings.

4. Click

[Diagram]

to enable a diagram of the draft drawing of the image for each TV.

5. Key-in the coordinates of the Top Left corner and Top Right corner for TV1 which the user can capture from a picture or layout plan file.
