14. Please note that poor cable or long distance connections may cause dot noise or unstable signals.
SB-3403 ADVANCED APPLICATIONS THROUGH REMOTE CONTROL AND OSD
1. Users can use more advanced functions with the OSD menu through the remote control.
2. If the SB-3403 is installed at a location that can’t be directly accessed by the remote control, please connect the IR Extender to IR Ext
connector on the back panel and set the IR receiver to a position that can be accessed.
3. Turn all Dip Switch pins on the Main Input to the OFF position to switch the authority of the system control to the OSD setting. If any of
the Main Input Dip Switches are turned to the ON position, the Dip Switch setting command will be the 1st priority to execute if the OSD
setting is conflicting with the Dip Switch setting.
4. Apply the input signal and select the input port with the OSD and remote control.
5. Users can set the time to automatically turn off the output signals if no input signal is detected. Once the input signal appears again,
the system will power on automatically. It is convenient for system power management.
6. Users can open the OSD and access the
[Video Wall]→[Output Mode]
menu to select the Preset display mode. The result is the same
as using the manual Dip Switch selection. Users can’t fine-tune image position.
7. More flexible PiP/PoP settings can be implemented from the OSD menu.
8. Users can create their own display modes with the LCD at any angle and position with the OSD
[Manual Mode]
or GAlign PC Tool.
Users can fine-tune image position in Manual mode settings.
9. If necessary, users can connect a monitor via the loop out port to see the original signal for easy system operation.
10. The remote control allows the user to access all Manual Mode operations without seeing the OSD menu. Users can select
[Index]→[TV#]→[Top Left]
or
[Top Right]
corners to input coordinates directly and set image position. A new menu
[SHIFT]
next to
[Top Right]
menu allows the user to shift each LCD image position without affecting the image rotation angle and size. The
[F1]
shortcut
key on the remote control has the
[SHIFT]
function. It is convenient for image position fine-tuning.
11. After finishing the OSD operation, please save the results in
[Profile]
menu.
12. For cascading and more advanced operations, please see more details in the Users Guide.
13. When you operate the
[Video Wall]
setting, it may have frame tear in the display. It will disappear when you power OFF/ON the
