(1) Locking the Wheel
Lift up the wheel lock lever in the direction of arrow
.
Move the generator forward and back, and move the
wheel lock lever in the direction of arrow
until you
hear a click indicating that the wheel is locked.
Check that the generator cannot move.
(2) Unlocking the Wheel
Pull the wheel lock lever in the direction of arrow
and
then push it down in the direction of arrow
.
<Note>
Be sure to always release the wheel lock when moving
this generator. Moving it when the wheel is locked can
result in an accident.
6-1. Engine Oil Inspection
To check the oil level, position the generator on a level
surface and check that the oil gauge is completely inserted.
Before operation, fill with oil through the oil inlet until the oil
reaches the maximum level.
Oil capacity: Approx. 1.9 L (Completely full)
Effective oil capacity: Approx. 0.7 L (From the minimum
to the maximum level)

Be sure to always stop the engine before performing any check or
maintenance.
Do not open any doors during operation. An open door could result in
being pinched or caught in moving parts such as the cooling fan and belt.
WARNING: ELECTRIC SHOCK/INJURY
Do not touch the engine or surrounding parts while the generator is
operating or immediately after the engine has stopped because they are
still extremely hot.
CAUTION: BURNS
This generator uses diesel fuel. Be sure to always stop the engine before
checking the fuel or refueling, and absolutely do not allow flame near the
generator when performing such procedures. Wait until the engine cools
before performing such procedures.
