Grease Supply
Always use grease without denaturation or
degrading on the machine.
The greasing application locations are shown in the following figure. Grease every 15 operational days.
Maintenance
WARNING
The screw on the intermediate gear on the right
frame should be turned counter-clockwise to
fasten. When fastening, turn it counter-clockwise.
If it is turned in reverse, the female screw will be
damaged.
IMPORTANT
<Machine Body Treatment>
Apply grease to the reel blade and bed knife.
Wipe the machine body with a dry cloth and check that
no paint is peeling.
If there is any section where the paint is peeling, apply
paint for rust prevention.
The arrow mark shows the positions of the grease nipples
(grease reinforcement locations).
Always apply grease, particularly at the
mark.
