CHECKS AND MAINTENANCE
CHAIN
To increase the logevity of the chain, it is recommended
that you periodically check the tension and always
keep it clean and lubricated.
The lubricant must not under any circumstances get
on the rear tire or the brake disc, otherwise the grip
of the tire on the ground and the action of the rear
brake would be reduced, this is very important as
control of the bike could to be impaired.
If the chain slack exceeds 20 mm you must adjust it.
• Loosen the axle nut .
• Loosen the lock nuts on both sides of the
swingarm.
• Use the adjusting screws on both sides until
reaching the desired tension.
• Tighten the lock nuts on both sides of the
swingarm.
• Tighten the axle according to the specified
torque.
