CHECKS AND MAINTENANCE
CARBURETOR
If you must empty the carburetor bowl, proceed as
described.
Close the tank fuel tap and place a container under
the carburetor hose to recover the fuel that drains.
Open the drain valve , allow the bowl to drain
and then close the drain valve.

Perform the operation with the engine cold.
Fire hazard. The fuel is easily flammable.
ATTENTION
Never refuel near flames or lighted cigarettes and always have the engine stopped.
Always refuel in an open and well-ventilated area.
Wipe up any fuel spills immediately.
