Preparation
1. Cut up the spinach finely, blend it with the quark and
the cheese and season to taste.
2. Cover each slice of cooked ham with a tablespoon of the
filling and roll it up. Insert a skewer into each roll.
3. To make a béchamel sauce, pour the liquid into the
bowl, cover and heat.

Mix the butter with the flour, add it to the liquid and
stir with a whisk until smooth and dissolved. Cover
and bring it to the boil so that it thickens.

Stir and taste.
4. Place the rolls of ham in the greased oven-proof dish,
pour the sauce over and microwave on the turntable.

Allow the rolls to stand for about 5 minutes after

Tip:
You can also use shop-bought ready-made béchamel
sauce.

salt
rosemary, bruised
marjoram, bruised

stale bread (bread roll 40 g)

bunch of parsley, finely chopped (10 g)

pinch nutmeg

egg yolk

tbsp butter or margarine (30 g)

tbsp sweet paprika

Preparation
1. Wash the chicken, dry it and season it internally with
salt, rosemary and marjoram.
2. For the filling soak the bread roll in cold water for
about 10 minutes and then squeeze the water out.
Mix with salt, parsley, nutmeg, butter (20 g) and egg
yolk and stuff the chicken with the mixture. Tie up
the opening with string.
3. Heat the butter (30 g).

Stir the paprika and salt into the butter and spread
over the chicken.
4. Place the chicken breast-side downwards on the low
rack. Cook using bottom grill and microwave.
