To view a fax in the Multifunction Desktop, double click on it.
You can also display your received faxes by opening the Fax Inbox directory. To
open the directory, simply click on the Fax Inbox directory in the Folder Area.
When a fax comes in, messages will appear in the Sharp Laser Multifunction Status
window, and at the bottom of the Multifunction Desktop.
If you need to turn off auto fax reception, simply click Fax Receive once again so
that the checkmark no longer appears. Note that auto fax reception can only take
place if the Multifunction Desktop software is running.
Note:
You can also turn auto fax reception on and off by selecting or deselecting “Auto
receive incoming faxes” in the Fax Modem Setup tab of the Fax Setup dialog box.
(The Fax Setup dialog box is opened by selecting Fax Settings from the Fax menu.)
You can check your received faxes in the Fax Receive Log. To open the log, select
Fax Logs from the Fax menu and then select the Fax Receive Log tab.
