DMX modes
The G-4 Series operates in different modes.

DMX Start address
As mentioned above, the G-4 Series can be operated in different DMX modes. Regardless of which DMX mode is selected, the first
channel used to receive data from a DMX control device is known as the DMX start address.
For independent control, each fixture must have a DMX start address configured. For example, if the first G-4 RGBAM is set to a 18ch
DMX mode with a start DMX address of 113 the following G-4 RGBAM in the DMX chain could then be set to a DMX address of 131,
as the first fixture uses all the first 18 DMX channels, including the channel 113. Therefore, the next available channel would be 131
(113+18=131 >> 131).
If two or more fixtures of the same type have the same DMX address, they will behave identically. Incorrect settings will result in
unpredictable responses from the lighting controller. Address sharing can be useful for diagnostic purposes and symmetrical control.
