Articulated Boom Lift
Basket Position 3
In this scenario, the trainee once again practices
basket positioning, but this time while moving
around complex obstacles. This will require the
trainee to use every positioning skill learned so far,
with the added difficulty of working at extreme
height. Trainees must demonstrate precision control
and perfect spatial awareness.
U Turn Wall
This scenario requires the trainee to pay close attention
to the position of the entire boom lift, including its
individual parts like the wheels and counterweight. The
corner is also blind, forcing the trainee to lean around to
see what’s happening.
