9.1.
Physical I/O
The physical I/O’s are the signals available on I/O cards. They can be easily accessed from the ‘Resources’
(see chapter 8: ‘The Resources’).
Details about the different I/O are available chapter 20.
To create a Tag of a variable from the Resources:
select it into the list and double click it
change its name and description
click <OK>
If you are connected to a
TB
OX
LT2
when the Tag is created, you will see ***** appearing
in the column ‘Value’.
This is because the ModBus address of the Tag needs to be sent to
TB
OX
LT2
(see
chapter 9.3: ‘ModBus addresses’)
Once the program has been sent, the value appears.
