3.1 LOCATION
Install the washer as per installation details on the drawings provided for the unit. All local
municipal by-laws should be followed.
3.2 UTILITIES REQUIRED
a.
ELECTRIC POWER
To be specified by customer:
Electric power supply
Steam heated unit
Electric heated unit
208 Volts, 3 phase, 60Hz
60 Amp service
125 Amp service
480 Volts, 3 phase, 60Hz
30 Amp service
60 Amp service
b.
ELECTRIC POWER FOR CONTROLS
A step-down transformer is provided with the washer, which operates at 115 VAC and
a power supply is also provided for the 24 VDC controls.

HOT WATER
A tap water supply providing 12 gpm, at 30 to 60 psig is required. The water
temperature should be 120
o
F min. Approximately 44 gallons of water is used per cycle
(depending on pre-programmed cycle). The supply connection is 1/2" NPT.

DRAIN
The floor drain line connected to the machine must be 2" NPT. This will permit a
discharge of 8 - 10 gallons to the sewer in approximately 10 seconds.
e.
AIR
An air supply at 80 psig is required to operate the pneumatic valves. Air consumption
is about 1 cubic ft. per wash cycle. The connection to the air supply is 1/4" NPT.
